Must draw 6 tubes minimum. All tubes must be completely filled.Call lab for all patients.

Call ORMC at 841-5706 to SCHEDULE TEST. DO NOT SPIN SPECIMEN. Patient must be fasting 3 hours before test. Call ORMC at 841-5706 when specimen drawn and sent to lab.

Specimen must arrive in Lab by 10 A.M.Keep specimen at Room Temperature, do not refrigerate or send on ice.
